Fully booked hotel so I got what I think was a wheelchair adjusted room because the sink in the bathroom was really low set. The gym and relax floor was awesome though. Breakfast was standard, ok. I would recommend this hotel. Close to most of the town's shops and restaurants.
Clean and fresh hotel. Stayed during hot summer day and the lack of AC made the room quite warm. Location is great, close to everything. Breakfast was good, although a bit limited.
Very attractive hotel and more importantly, the hotel seats in the city center, that is near to everything in örebro city center. For example it is located in less than hundred meters to the train station
Even during Covid-19 breakfast can be made more fun and enjoyable, hardly a 2*
Sauna was nice. Staff was top notch. Comfortable beds and good breakfast. I've become a scandic fan. They don't allow hotel guests to go and eat at the restaurant so make sure your have a reservation if you don't want to leave the hotel for dinner.
All in all, very bad hotel. the rooms will not be cleaned during your stay. No fresh towels, neither toilet paper. People are looking bored and you do not feel comfortable there... When you ask for any kind of questions you are disturbing the personnel. Parking is a nightmare as you cant reserve in advance. If i may give you an advice, look for an alternative and better keep your money....
Nice rooms (though the bathroom doorway was a bit narrow for my wheelchair to fit through), awesome breakfast (for people with food intolerance as well) and fantastic staff members! We can hardly wait to stay with you again!
