Quite crowded in the evening, for the same reason it is sometimes hard to call the waiter/waitress. The food is much better than other izakayas I've tried, though. The hygiene in that bathroom is poor.

Grilled pork belly rice bowl is so delicious. Big quantity. Low price. Nice service.

Went here for a late lunch Monday 2018/2/19. The food was pretty good, but the service was pathetic. We were brought plates, and the bottom one was dirty/unwashed from an earlier customer! When we told the waitress about this, she simply grabbed the plate and took it away...no apology or anything. We also told another older (more senior?) waiter about this when we were paying the bill, and got only a lukewarm apology. I haven't seen service this poor or uninterested in Japan before. It was disappointing given that it was a good menu and nice food... The staff here obviously don't care about their jobs or about the company. I wish I knew enough Japanese to write a proper complaint to the company's owner/s!

Quite nice Yakitori (small skewers restaurant) offering the usual stuff plus some original bits. I recommend their \hamu age\. Drinks and prices are reasonable, no bad or specially good surprise there. Overall a nice place in the middle of many not always worth.
