Always liked Cochran, but felt their size effected customer service. Now that Scott Foultz is there, things have changed for the better, and there’s a more personal touch to the process. Love my new truck and a pleasure buying it.

Always had great service here, I have bought two cars here and return here for maintenance too. They always check for recall information and have my information on file to make sure if I need anything done that it gets done. They remodeled not too long ago and the only compliant is that parking is slightly confusing, but at the end of the day, just find a space and they will gladly help you out with whatever you need. Edit: Added a picture of the service hours. Google had their Sales hours listed, most people don't care about that, they want to know the service windows.

Brought my car in to have my transmission looked at! Scheduling was super easy. I worked with Rob and he was very professional, kept me informed, and made my car drive way better! This is a top notch ford service department. The service manager and the other service women in the department are amazing! Rob had a family emergency day one and Melissa and Kristen (I believe the service managers name is) gave me a vehicle to drive. I have worked in the service field for over 10 years, the service advisor never get enough credit for how hard they work. They truly are the heart of the dealership and have the toughest job there! The department there works as a team, which made the process great! They have a family atmosphere. I definitely will be bringing my car back! Cochran Ford in Natrona Heights ROCKS!!! I have done business with #1 Cochran Allegheny Valley for close to a decade now, as they were the successor to Charapp Ford North and Charapp Dodge/Jeep/Ram, where I purchased my 2007 Dodge Dakota. Just last year, I purchased a certified pre-owned 2016 Lincoln MKC and this month was having problems with the Sync 3. I made an appointment with a Lincoln dealer in the North Hills and it somehow got mixed up with their Ford dealership. Disorganization at its absolute worst and I called Lincoln to complain. I asked if I could take my Lincoln for warranty service at a Ford dealer and was told I could. I immediately picked #1 Cochran...not only is it only five miles from home, but I had great service from them every time. This was even better...they were very accommodating and efficient. Customer service at its best. KUDOS!!!
