This is terrible Insurance company, A drug I have been taking for 10 yrs with Blue cross paying for it with no problem, United Health care wants to pay for only 2 tubs a day when my Doctor prescribed 6 per day ,They have no real explanation except that 2 is recommended, regardless of what the doctors write, So what's the point of going to medical school, United healthcare knows more than your Doctor
