Great service from 101Mobility (San Antonio)... The batteries on our stair chair lift died on Friday, 8 Jan. We called our VA provider and she entered an emergency work request for repair. At 101 Mobility, Armando worked with us, received the VA authorization, and scheduled repair for the next day, Saturday (a non work day). Thanks so much Armando!!! Then on Saturday, Jake McDowell, service technician, arrived on time , diagnosed the problem, and replaced the faulty batteries. All is working great now. Thank you Jake!! Both Armando and Jake were courteous and professional. Jake wore a protective face mask the entire visit. 101 Mobility installed the chair lift in 2012 (almost nine years ago) and has serviced all our VA mobility needs ever since--they are very dependable. We recommend them to anyone needing mobility solutions and/or service.

Armando drove out from San Antonio to meet me at my house in McQueeney. We had a large group of friends and family coming to visit for the weekend and needed our elevator up and running for a few of them. But it had been out of service. Armando diagnosed the problem and the elevator was back running again within 20 minutes. I can’t stress enough about Armando’s professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to explain what was going on to my understanding ability. Any future elevator issues, or when the time comes, we will be going with Armando and 101 Mobility!
i had a great experience Armando was very kind and courteous and explained how the wheelchair lift would be installed and scheduled our appointment in a timely manner. We went to get lift installed on our SUV by technician Ocho Hernandez he did an excellent job we are very pleased as soon as he finished he explained to me how to operate the lift. Thanks to Armando and his team we would highly recommend them!!!
