Just cant get a response from them anymore. Stayed on hold for 20 minutes with no response. Choose stay in cue and waited an hour with no call back. Cant ever get through to handle concerns. Covid or not, just horrible customer service! Ready to close accounts.

DO NOT EVER finance anything with this credit union!!! I got a car loan under this credit union and have had the worst lending experience ever. First off, they charge fees for everything. Every time you make a payment, they will charge a fee, unless you open a checking account with them. Then, if you ever decide to re-finance under a new lender to avoid all of these fees (like I did), good luck getting ahold of them to have the new lender send them the payoff amount. Every time you call you better be prepared to sit on hold for at least 45 minutes to an hour, or have them \call you back\ (days later). Then when they give your new lender an address to send the payoff to, they will claim that they didn''t receive (on MULTIPLE check payments that my new lender sent), leading you to pay DOUBLE under the new lender and this place, or else your credit score will get slaughtered.

After being on hold for 45 minutes, a recording said I was in line and it would be 7 minutes. It suggested I enter my phone number and have someone call back. Two hour later ... still no call. When I was holding I was verifying my checking account and kept getting a message I was inactive ... WHILE I WAS WORKING ONLINE. Then i was just cut off and kicked out. FRUSTRATING! The call today was trying to get CORRECT info since last time I called I got WRONG info on the routing number and got my home insurance and car insurance echecks rejected and that caused headaches like crazy! NOT HAPPY WITH 121 AND THE LACK OF CARING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am on hold again. 3 hour and NO HELP!

I spoke with Laura and she was very helpful in getting this matter resolved. She listened and conferred with representative in question. Although we have different perceptions of the incident, we all came to a much better understanding about actions and interpretations. I appreciate her concern and getting back to me and even asking for suggestions to make things better for customer relations. Thanks Laura I have been a member since 2002 when it was Duval Federal Credit Union and was treated with racial bias today at the office on Touchton. The white gentlemen before and after me were not asked to produce a mask. When I approached the door Iwas. I did point out to the representative that the gentleman after me was not asked for his mask. She replied that he was a customer. What am I then? This is another form of racial bias but they don't mind accepting my money. Very disappointing!!
