Started at 12RND because a normal gym didn’t work with my heavy uni schedule. It’s much easier having a planned workout for you so I just show up and workout. All of the trainers are very nice and friendly. It feels like a personal experience no matter how busy.

I hadn't exercised for a while so I was nervous/hesitant to get back into it. But 12RND Milton made it easy to start on my fitness journey. The 45 minute work out sessions are hard (no point otherwise), but the awesome staff are always there to guide and motivate. I leave at the end of each session knowing I have done a beneficial and rewarding workout, in both cardio and strength. I highly recommend 12RND Milton to everyone, regardless of your current state of fitness.
I went to 12RND one the recommendation of a mate and I'm glad I did, it’s the best ‘gym’ format I have come across and the atmosphere when working out is always a positive one. The workouts are changed constantly and set at a fast pace which will keep you excited to see what’s in store for you each time you go. I started off with no boxing experience and the trainers Tom, Seb, Rob or Tim are always there, helping me improve my form/technique gradually and will push you to go harder then you thought possible on each workout. If you are looking for a great way have fun and get fit then look no further.
By far the best fitness option I have found in years. You get the motivation of a trainer and a group training session but can rock up any time you like and just jump in. Also great to be developing a skill set in addition to general fitness.
I would recommend 12rounds for anyone who wants to focus on fitness and technique. It is fast paced program but the trainers will come around to show you the proper technique. It’s an enjoyable workout with fantastic support.
Small Gym, but has everything you need to utilise a great workout. Trainers are professional, friendly and bring great enthusiasm to your workout. Trainers help you focus on boxing technique which is a huge plus!
As someone who has typically struggled to get into a fitness routine, I have absolutely found my rhythm at 12RND. The one-on-one care by Seb and Thomas is excellent and the way everything is organised removes the barriers between me and exercise. It is a challenging but efficient workout that slots perfectly into my hectic schedule. Highly recommended for people of all ability levels.
