14 North has just got it right!! Location, decor, service and above all the food is fabulous. Imaginative menu that is just a party in your mouth. So happy to have a restaurant I can take visitors to and know it will be consistently great.

WOW What a delicious lunch. A great range of food prepared and presented in such an eye and taste pleasing way.
High quality cuisine in a relaxed and informal setting. Not an extensive choice on the menu but delivers everything you could wish for. Not cheap, but well worth it. Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants we've been to. Looking forward to our next visit!

Under seasoned food and underwhelmed. Attended another speciality event, Italian evening this time. Attentive service. Sadly, for me, the food lacked contrasting texture, flavour and mass. The arancini was ok, the ham in the carbonara was over cooked, the ox cheek unpleasant mush and the dessert was anything but a pick me up, rather a let down.
Delicious food. I had probably the best hake I have ever had in the UK. Very fresh and extremely tasty. The starter was quite small but tasty as well. The prices are high but it is worth it. Totally recommendable.
