This is a really first class service. I use it all the time and have done for several years now. It makes a Pleasant change to be able to go to a real computer Ace who does not rub his hands together in glee and charge you the earth for doing it ! This is a first class thorough service at a very reasonable price and very often it will save you money because sometimes you may be using a more expensive product that is not as good as the one He will recommend that should be used. I like the fact He is able to sort most problems by working remotely on line and to do it very quickly because when a computer fails it is usually urgent. I also like the fact that it is not important for you to know anything about computers to use this service because He communicates with you in plain language.

Jon started by sorting out our networking issues and our migration to a server based system supporting 12 work stations 11 on site and one off site. Jon is always available, after his first coffee. and boy does he like a challenge, our staff even use him for personal computing issues. I have been using Jon's computer services for about a year now and it is very reassuring to have someone checking out the machine BEFORE it goes wrong. He is always very patient and efficient. There has not been one thing that I can remember that he has not been able to fix. He works remotely and therefore I do not need to be at home etc. and in addition to the monthly maintenance programme I can contact him any time during the month if I have a question or anything of concern to me. I could not be more satisfied and will continue to use his services.

Would like to say a big thank you. Called up with laptop issue - no power at all, was completely dead. The guy explained over the phone what to try, which solved the problem. Bearing in mind he easily could have requested I bring it in, claiming it was a bit of a job, etc, instead he essentially gave his time for free. I appreciate that so much.
