Their work is pretty good, their attitude is awful and they do not keep time frames, and when I say I want a refund they have a problem with that as well. Maybe you should take a customer service course and try again. Wont use this shop again. And if someone decided to start a sign shop you'd be out of business on customer service alone.

I've used them several times and each time they delivered what I wanted...when promised and at an exceptionally fair price. They can help with artwork if needed, but in comparison with other sign shops I've found their prices a bit below normal, yet quality is excellent.
