The surgeon made me extremely comfortable and he was very experienced. I was really nervous about this procedure and was having a hard time deciding where to get it done at. I’m so glad I chose 20/20 institute as their prices were the most reasonable, my results were phenomenal and the surgeon was the most experienced. He made the procedure itself as quick and easy as possible and talked to me throughout the whole process to let me know what he was doing step by step. The other staff is as friendly and comforting as can be. I also got a couple small goodies and I really enjoyed that! The post op instructions are very diligent and well thought out to help your eyes heal the best way possible. I had several questions during my consultation and they were able to clearly answer all these and be very upfront and honest with me. 10/10 recommend getting your lasik here!

Great experience! Staff explained everything thoroughly with so much patience. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was super friendly and offered us snacks and drinks, definitely made us feel comfortable! We were recommended to this office, and we had a great experience!

I would reccomend to anyone considering lasik. They think of everything start to finish. My favorite part was the therapy golden doodle the day of surgery. They put me at ease at every moment, and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. I would give them six stars if possible!

The office is in a good and expensive building. I am pretty sure that is reflected in the price. You are paying for a fancy building. Other than that here is what our experience was. We went for evaluation, the lady in the reception, Belinda was courteous, helpful and respectful. The optometrist that evaluate our eyes was also good and courteous. During the surgery day, we met Dr. Whitson. We asked a simple question of mono-vision, just to make sure what he is going to correct to. Asked him to explain the numbers and what it was going to do to our vision. Dr. Whitson bragged about how he is THE Pioneer of lasik technology and have performed 1000s of procedure in his life. When we asked the simple question of mono-vision and asked him to explain the numbers. He got irritated and said this should have been explained before. He said he did not have time to explain this. There is back to back surgery. Dr. Whitson seems to care about money only. He probably thinks- life is short and he needs to maximize his income. That is exactly what his irritation and expression gave us a impression about. Due to Belinda's courteous behavior we are giving 2 star. If it was Dr. Whitson alone, who is what matters, we would have given 0 star.
