Catherine was such great help for me. She’s very knowledgeable about the nuts and bolts of the rental units and how that relates to my rental agreement, and how that made sense to me. Thanks Catherine for going the extra mile for me.
We used 21st South Storage for a temporary storage for our 21' trailer camper while we were whitewater rafting for two weeks. I made all the arrangements online with help from Cameo, who made it an easy process. She was great! Super customer service! The property is extremely clean and well taken care of. We felt that our camper was well protected and secure, which set out minds at ease while we were rafting. Kathleen was there when we picked it up and made sure everything was OK. It would have been nice if we could have only been charged for the two weeks but we were willing to pay the month rental charge for such a clean, safe and secure area. I highly recommend 21st South Storage for your storage needs.
Staff was great! Explained everything and took me to the unit quickly. Facility is very clean and feels very secure with cameras and gate access. Overall I would recommend this as a great place if you need a storage unit.
Great Facility. Perfect location, centrally located in the Salt Lake valley. Most importantly, very secure. Cameras, onsite security and clean units. What else could you ask for?
