Great service from 24/7, they arrived exactly when they said they would, and were happy to drop my friend off on the way. Very affordable compared to other companies in the city
They give a time line of pick up and can’t work within that time line. If they can’t pick you up when they say they can maybe a courtesy call would be great. The company makes their driver look bad when there’re over 20 minutes late. No wonder the cab companies and what not don’t want Uber in the city it’s far to efficiently for them, and they won’t be able to monopolize the market.
Love that I could just text...Also, Really great driver! The last time I used a service like this (a different company) the driver had damaged my new car, she was also not a very skilled and it put me off for years. I seen this was a newer company and decided to try again and I have to say I am totally happy, and would use them again! Thank you, for giving me my options back!
