Incredible dealer. Great selection and fantastic products. Friendly and very helpful staff. Went to audition some 1027be speakers and an amp and had a fantastic listening session. Was given time and space to listen for hours and decide. Very unpressured experience and lots of kind helpfulness. Ended up purchasing the speakers and a better Naim amp! Possibly a little on the pricey side. But maybe you can't get all the above without that.

Great product, well packaged. Disappointing communication prevents five stars. (Purchase - Quad 22 pre/II amps/tuners) ***thank you for the clarification. I was not afforded any ebay feedback either - for me this was a large purchase. I left you positive feedback, which for the purposes of ebay feedback was justified. Four stars is still a very positive experience...just not a faultless five stars for the reasons outlined ***
