I took my road Bike there for a repair (the front derailleur and shifter were broken after a fall). My initial impression was a good one. The worker was kind, spent time with the customers explaining/giving advises. But that was just the first impression. He looked at the bike, and estimated the repair costs at approx. 250 Euro, which i found ok. I left the bike there and received a phone call after a few days: my perfect working bike was called "a technical catastrophe" and he wanted to change fast all of the parts for 1200 Euro. So i decided to take my bike home and repair it myself. I ordered the damaged parts on the internet (CAMPAGNOLO Veloce Umwerfer 2-fach 34,9 mmSchelle schwarz / CAMPAGNOLO Veloce Schalt-/Bremshebel Ergopower, / Schaltzug) and they costed like 140 Euros. How about that for a difference. Although they seem very nice, i'm never taking my Bike there again. They don't repair Stuff, they just order and replace. Not to mention the prices they ask. Advice for Road Bike fans... just order on the internet and replace them yourselves. The parts coming from quality brands are easy to replace. Another disappointment was that the kept the bike there over Easter. When you know you won't be able to start the repair you could at least tell your client to bring it in after the holidays.

Die Beratung und der Service waren immer zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Hier hat man das Gefühl, wirklich in kompetenten Händen zu sein. Seit langem mal wieder ein Geschäft was ich gerne bewerten möchte. Mittlerweile habe ich mehrere Fahrräder, da ich schnell mal Hilfe brauchte und dieses Geschäft in der Nähe war, bin ich dort mal hin. Aus der "schnellen Hilfe" wurde doch etwas komplexeres. Das hatte ich nicht erwartet, dennoch bin ich mit dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden. Der Service ist 1A , Trotz der unerwarteter Mehrkosten, habe ich mich nicht "abgezogt" gefühlt. Mir wurde die Möglichkeiten erklärt und was möglich oder nötig ist. So konnte ich selber entscheiden wie die Reparatur ausfällt. So wie ich mir das vorstelle, nicht immer "alles" machen müssen sondern auch mal realistisch bleiben und auf den Kunden eingehen. Rundum alles Top.
