We were so happy to have chosen 3 Men Movers for our move. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly fast with loading their truck and unloading at our new apartment. Nothing was damaged. They took many precautions to ensure everything made it safely. Next time we need to hire movers, we'll definitely be hiring this company again!

I paid over 800 to 3 Men Movers for moving services from San Antonio to Austin, and now I'm going to have to pay hundreds of dollars extra for damages done to my old apartment and my new apartment. As evidenced in the photos below, one of the movers was careless when moving my washer and made a large hole in the wall of my old apartment. He was not professional and did not even bring this up to me; I happened to see the large hole in the wall and I asked him to bring this up to his supervisor immediately. When the movers arrived at my new apartment in Austin, the same mover was trying to move my washer into the unit, and crashed into one of the closet doors and caused a deep scratch to the door lining. The same mover was then carrying heavy boxes into my unit then dropped a heavy box into the glass tile in front of my fireplace and cracked the tile! There was also broken glassware due to the carelessness of the movers, as they were constantly dropping boxes, even when the boxes were labeled \fragile.\ The movers also made scratches to my brand new office desk and hutch. After seeing the damages, the supervisor offered me a 30 discount for the services, this will obviously not cover all of the damages!! I'm having to file claim with the company and will have to wait 60 days to get a response, per their claims department. To top it all off, the movers left some boxes behind in the patio of my old apartment. Now I will have to pay for gas and mileage to drive back to San Antonio to bring those boxes back. I chose 3 Men Movers because they had near perfect ratings in Google reviews, but now I'm having to pay extra money for damages and take time out of my busy schedule to bring back items that were left behind. For the price of 800 for a 5 hour move, you would expect for 3 Men Movers to provide quality service, but I was FOOLED. Be warned: DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!

I had a great experience start to finish. They had a crew on stand-by for us right when we called. We needed help moving 2 Pods worth of furniture and boxes into our house. The crew of three was able to bring everything inside within 2 hours and were willing to help assemble everything. 11/10

Misleading!!! I called and got quotes at multiple places. This one by far was the most expensive, but I know being in the service industry you get what you pay for. Everything was going great timing and all. I initially spoke to Chris in the beginning and he said that 3 men movers DO move TVs but they cannot be on the mount so I had my brother drive in from Austin to help me remove the tv off the wall mount to get it moved. Then the movers got there but told me they would not touch TVs. So I had my cousin drive into town from Austin to San Antonio for no reason. I payed more because 3 men movers stressed to me how they are more professional and are insured. Everyone moves tvs but you guys? I had to attempt to move my TVs by myself which I knew I couldn’t do. I had no one that’s why I called y’all and payed y’all. I was just told now that basically I’m s.o.l. because they did not transport the Tv. Worst experience ever and if anyone asks my opinion I’ll tell my story that costed me more in many ways.
