Dr. Gaffney and his staff are awesome. I had my procedure in October and am very satisfied with my results. I've had multiple medical surgeries over the last decade so I know good patient care when I experience it. Dr. Gaffney went over every detail during my consultation and I was able to contact him with an instant response with any questions I had. Their customer service is unmatched and you will definitely be in good hands.

Great place. First time doing any enhancements and I’m glad I picked 360! I felt comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Dr. Gaffney and his team were great. He explained everything thoroughly before anything was started. He answered all of my questions. He called to check on me later that day and has been checking in with me to make sure I am doing well. I appreciate his honesty about what I could expect during and after surgery.

Arrived at my schedule appt and the front desk guy was the only one there. The doctor apparently was held up at hospital. Front desk guy took me back to the room where procedures are done I guess and tried to give a presentation and he struggled. I was done then, why I need to be in the room that supposed to be sterile? The office is cold and very uninviting, wore out sinks in the procedure room. Nah, I go ahead and pay for professional appearances and a Dr. who shows for an appt. Immediately I knew I wouldn't have any type of service from this office. The front desk guy tried to use the 'oh yes it's black owned' line. I will support black owned Professional proven businesses but I'm no fool. 360 you need a bigger vision

I am a plus size woman that needed a jump start on a better path. I found 360 med spa back in February and with the guidance of Dr. Gaffney and what I was looking to accomplish he and I came up with a realistic plan for me. He was very open and honest about the results I could and would have and after I am very pleased with everything. From walking in the door I felt very comfortable with the staff and what was going to happen, they made it feel more like family and I had known them forever rather than just a patient. During the procedure I was completely comfortable, to where I had even fallen asleep. I was given detailed instructions for after care and what to expect, I did have one question and it was answered with in a timely matter which was wonderful. I am so pleased with my results and the jumpstart I needed and received from 360 med spa. Thank you so much Dr. Gaffney and staff for helping me get me back!!!
