3D Security has been at the forefront with our projects as we expand our services. The team at 3D has been extremely responsive and willing to come on site to review, install, maintain, update and fix any issues we have had. Every technician that has come out to assist has been professional, friendly and successful in getting us functioning in our security needs. We have been using 3D Security for our office access systems, burglar alarms and fire monitoring since we moved into our primary building in 2007. Since then we have asked them to install building access and security monitoring cameras in most of our other offices (15 offices in all - spread from East to West coast). We had a few different proposals on how to secure the building for employees vs. customer access areas. It seemed that 3D Security thought through how we were using the building and gave us the best possible setup for building access. As with any system, there will be issues and the technicians’ ability to fix the issues in a timely manner is key for any business. 3D Security has been very responsive to any and all calls for service or technical questions. Really good people to work with.

We had 3D Security install a video surveillance system at our property to allow us to view it when we were not in the area and to keep track of deliveries and pick ups. The technician who installed it was professional, courteous, and worked quickly and efficiently. Once the system was installed, he trained us on the use of the system and answered any questions we had concerning it. We had an issue with one of the 5 cameras after the installation was completed, and once 3D was notified of it a technician returned to take care of it under warranty. We would recommend this company to anyone who needed either a personal or business video surveillance system.
