Genuinely a 5-star service. Simon was extremely helpful in providing quotes and all the information about the storage room and was always readily available for any questions. I did the whole renting process remotely online. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience. Contacted Simon Burnett and he went through the process with us on the phone. This is one of the best ideas I’ve seen out there. It’s so easy to use the storage. We’ve received a pin code that opens up the shutter to a very neat and modern storage basement under a car park in Pimlico. We wanted to find a storage that is close to us and with the 4 weeks discount it was very attractive even though The Big Yellow Storage offers 8 weeks discount with 50%.... unfortunately the closest one was much further away than 3D space, but I didn’t regret going with it. We rented a Zipcar (Van) and parked outside the entrance on the ramp assuming it wouldn’t go under the 198cm limit headspace, but one of the taxi drivers said he’s got the same van for himself and it just fits. By that time we almost finished with the unload so we didn’t give it a go. Maybe next time. Ok that’s it for now. If you’re about to move and don’t have a space in your new home or don’t want to take a lot of accumulated belongings with you then I highly recommend this idea of renting a storage space, otherwise it will just affect your monthly expenses because it isn’t that cheap

Dear All, I have known about this storage since 2014 when I enquired but ended up using another more local. Now I needed storage quick great service with quick responses. Everything paper free so it is environmental friendly & believe or not they even have a recycling bin inside in addition to waste bin that really impressed me. Feel safe to come anytime great convenience of the 24 hours service. Oh yes the coded padlock is great so you never leave your key at home or loose it! That is all I have time for now about this clean storage as it is on the advert.
