Mat is the owner of this biz and he prides him self on customer service. He and his partner have build this business from the ground up! Starting over at 92nd and Washington. When their business grew so did the needs of the store. So they moved not to far away to 92 and Harlen, behind the old laser storm. These guys started the business out, with customer service and still to this day have great customer service. They keep their gaming rigs up to date and the store has many things a gamer needs energy drinks, Order Pizza, fast internet. If you have not played at 3DXI then you are missing out!

A fun, friendly gaming environment. Good computers and a huge list of games to choose from.

When I walked into 3dxi for the first time I was not greeted - instead the person at the front desk sat silently playing World of Warcraft on a giant TV, with earbuds in. I proceeded to walk around the lobby, trying to get the employee to notice he had a customer - moving towards the PC area, back out into the lobby, and near the front desk - No acknowledgement whatsoever. At this point, it was clear the employee wasn't going to do his job, so I started to walk out - It bugged me enough, that before walking out the door I confronted the employee about it. I said something along the lines of, "You might get more customers if you actually greeted them, or talked to them" - I was met with an attitude-filled flippant response, turning the blame back onto me, and telling me I wasn't in a place to vocalize a complaint. Do not come here. Go to Clutch Gaming Arena or somewhere else instead, if you're wanting to go to a LAN center in this area.
