Dear All, We are as a company M/s Inducto Tech Automation Pvt. Ltd. Placed a PO to 3EM Power Technology for 20 KVA Online UPS dated - 16/06/2018, along with Rs. 50,000.00 advance and for balance payments the terms was after Installation. More advance of 35,000.00 also paid to make 50 % of the order value of 1,80,000.00 but despite of more then 2 years neither the UPS became ready and asked for inspection nor they returned our advance. Despite of several reminders. Really don’t know what they exactly want. For this same we visited 2-3 times in their office but no satisfactory response. Today after many many reminders to their CMD Mr. A. Gopal and their team Mr. Vishnu Mathur and Mr. Amit Mathur, we are putting all in public. I have not seen a single transaction like this in my whole carrier. Want to get resolved ASAP, Thanks and regards HN Gupta

This Organization is making fool out of people.. they don't revert calls. The technical team manager is pathetic. They dont take AMC of their own product though they sold the product by saying that we are committed for service and bla bla.. Please dont buy any product from them. I chased them for more then 5 months for the last year purchased product and finally they refuse to give service. I wrote them numerous of emails and No reply. They are bunch of crooks. DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCT.. They dont even talk to the customer in polite way.. They maximum star rating they might have given themselves.. pathetic people
