RE: David Whitaker. I am employed at Moody Neuro-rehabilitation Institute in Galveston. We recently had all of our printers and faxes upgraded by 3i International. With the changes, we have had a few kinks and growing pains. Let me tell they have a serviceman named David Whitaker who is absolutely AMAZING! David knows copiers and fax machines like the back of his hand. He can hear a sound or see a light and KNOW what the trouble. David provides quick yet methodical work, excellent customer service and a wonderful knowledge of Xerox machines. I am thoroughly impressed. I highly recommend David for any/all of your 3i service needs.

I have had a great experience with 3-i international, their machines are great in 3 years I have called them twice and they were fast to respond and one of the times was to guide me though a difficult job that need special attention. Mr. Guerra Account Manager is great he checks on us to make sure we are happy with service. We are very happy with thier service.
