TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! Ordered (6/24) a simple Shed 10x20. Was told 4-6 weeks build and delivered by Cindy. Then it turned into 6-8 weeks. Here at week 9 and still NO shed. Keep getting told one lie after the next from Cindy. It will be delivered Thursday then Friday, maybe Saturday, Definitely Monday. That was 2 weeks ago and still NO shed!! They don’t build their sheds they have a 3rd party in PA do it for them. Was NOT told that at time of purchase. Was lead to believe other wise. They are terrible to do business with. Do not return calls and ZERO communication. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY NOR TIME!!!!!

I contacted them about a shed for my property. I was contacted by a Cindy Carosella who was helpful at first. She gave me two quotes for the two different size sheds I was looking for. The prices were high for what I wanted, and their site prep fee could be higher than the 500 fee I was quoted. After contacting other places I found their prices to be much more competitive than at 4-Outdoor and I emailed Cindy and told her so to be courteous. She emailed me a few more times and I told her that the other companies prices were more competitive and they I didn’t like that their site fee could be higher. Then the last email she sent me seemed pretty unprofessional considering how our conversation had been going. Telling someone who was interested in a service and product you supply that “Well, sometimes you get what you pay for and nothing more.” Does not seem to professional to me. Especially how the conversation had went. I emailed her back and told her that I felt her email was unprofessional and I wanted to speak to her supervisor. I will wait to hear from someone and if I don’t hear from anyone, I will stop by and speak with the owner. I would recommend using a more professional company. So I never got a response from anyone else in the company. And every time I have stopped by it is only the Cindy woman working. There is a shed company located in Lisbon Maryland that is way cheaper as well as much more professional.

A very nice selection of styles and sizes. Friendly, non-pushy sales. If I had not had my own contractor to build what I wanted, I would definitely had chosen 4-Outdoor. The buildings appeared to be fine construction.
