We had a fender bender on our 2018 Malibu and went out for some quotes. A couple recommended by our insurance agent (we ended up paying out of pocket) and a couple we found near us. 5 Star was half what the most expensive place was and all ratings looked good so we took a chance. Son Nguyen did the estimate and I went back in to make sure the price was good. They completed the repair exactly as stated for the price estimated. I definitely would recommend.

5 star auto is hands down the best shop in Charlotte. The customer service was excellent. My car was in immaculate shape when I picked it up. They also went to bat with Allstate and got them to fix my windshield which they tried to claim wasn’t apart of the accident. I am so thankful for the guys over a 5 star. Job well done fellas!!! I truly appreciate y’all!!!
Excellent service, my front end looks good as new. I needed a pretty short turnaround time but y'all had no trouble having it ready on such short notice. Long & his staff were professional and friendly and I will definitely be back if I need more work done.
