Future customers be aware!! Part (blower module) can be found for around 450 or less but was charged more than double to get the job done. Invoice is deceiving. On the invoice, no charge for the 2 tasks: labor and look up items. OF COURSE!! Because they charged 1,244 for the blower module. [I guess this could be for tax purposes. I'd be fine if the company sent an invoice of 89 for diagnostic 900 for blower module 344 for 1 hr labor although that's still insanely high] Called the owner but he was not politely answering my questions and refused to provide an invoice to show their cost and said that they bought it for more than 900 and refused to refund what he felt would be reasonable. He said that's how they do business in this industry. REALLY? Although a long time customer (two AC and other annual checkups), our family will not recommend it anymore and will go for other companies in the future. Reply to the owner's response on 12/1/2020. Yes, the owner did offer a full refund. BUT he wanted to reinstall the broken unit and take their part back, which does not make any sense. (My interpretation for that is \I do not need to do your business if you are not 100% happy\).

Big thank you to 72 degrees!! At first, I'm a little disappointed to hear that they don't install Goodman products, but Nathan is so knowledgeable to choose the AC furnace thermostat package by different brand, aiming to get the most out of the current rebates and tax credit benefits without stretching our budget. It was extremely easy to communicate with him by emails with the estimates and the website links of the suggested products. (72 degrees also takes care of registration and rebates for me!) On the installation day, Pat and Josiah came over. They are very professional. The installation was so precise in details and beautifully done !!! (Also, during the installation, Pat even offered to finish the spray paint on the metal bracket, which I partially painted without taking out the old AC. He scraped the rust and sprayed it for us before putting the new AC without extra charge.) I really appreciated his kindness and all their hard work!!

Sam came by to fix our fireplace. He was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. He didn't mind answering my many questions (we've never had a gas fireplace before). Our neighbor recommended 72 Degrees to us and we were not disappointed. We would recommend them too.
