Dishonest - do not buy from these people. Ripped me off for 500 in total! I purchased a touch screen computer from them with a small corner chip on the glass, It arrived with a unresponsive cracked screen and faulty unbootable harddrive. They refused responsibility and requested I contact UPS to claim, who came and assessed, it was due to poor packing. I purchased a discounted second pc from them as I was desperate and under time restrictions. This too came cracked , without power , a different model and hard-drive faulty . It was not as per the picture they sent me. I have now bought 2 broken devices from them which they refuse to refund or repair. I have sent countless messages, they just ignore me and now have blocked my number..
