I cannot thank you enough for the professionalism and care that you put into attending to my dental problem. I really appreciate that Dr So dealt with a tooth that had been attended to by another dentist and resolved my problem immediately. Thank you again. I was seen in an emergency very quickly. Lots of examination and x-rays later it was discovered I needed a crown. Dentist was very professional, calm, a genius! And very reassuring to a nervous patient! His assistant was absolutely delightful, also reception very reassuring and friendly. All in all, very satisfied with the outcome and will be happy to continue using them. Thank you!!!
I made an emergency dental appointment over the weekend where it transpired I needed root canal work. I'm quite a nervous patient and Dr So took time to reassure me and explain the procedure to me. His calm approach helped me to relax and I found the whole process much easier than I could have imagined. Shirley rang me at home the following day to check how I was recovering as well. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr So.
