Every interaction I've had with Eight Yards has been amazingly positive! In the first instance Kyle was in touch via Facebook Messenger and took me through options for masks, and then helped me in producing a wonderful Tartan Flower, custom made as a hair clip for my Goddaughter! Unfortunately, my original mask was lost! (My fault! I think it fell out if my pocket!) however, on seeing my Lost & Found post on a community group, Conor got in touch and offered to produce a replacement free of charge! (Despite my attempts to pay in store, I was reassured it was free gratis! ) A wonderful gesture for which I am very grateful! This afternoon Kevin took me through various options and tartans for me to get my own kilt made! Honestly couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of products I've got from these guys. 10/10!

The quality of the kilts was awesome as was the staff at the Musselburgh Store. We had to rearrange our wedding date 3 times due to Covid19 and this was not a problem for Kevin and his team. We even had to change the people on the booking due to some not being able to travel and again they were brilliant with the changes. Everything was thoroughly checked prior to us taking the hire away and any slight changes and alterations were made there and then to make sure everything was perfect. I can't thank them enough for their patience and help. I will be back should I ever need to hire again and I will also be taking advantage of their brilliant deal for buying after you hire. Thank you again for all your help, I cannot recommend this store highly enough. Brilliant staff, brilliant quality, brilliant service throughout

Kevin O'connor is the best example of customer service I have ever seen. He helped us so much with her kilts and we would highly recommend this shop for your wedding or events. We are so happy with our choices and we got fantastic help and support. Amazing Job guys!!
My wife and I had the wonderful opportunity to work with all of the team at 8 Yards, Musselburgh, where they created the most beautiful outfit for our wedding day. Special mention for Rebecca who offered amazing assistance and guidance throughout the process, going over and above to ensure the final product was better than what we could have imagined. Amazing place friendly staff, we had couple items missing but when we spoke to them they resolved the issue quickly, 100% recommend this place for buying or hiring kilts
Fantastic service from start to finish from Kevin! He really made things so easy and relaxed every time we went to the shop and nothing was ever too much trouble. I would like to thank Kevin and his staff for “kitting” me out in such a short space of time and in such a professional manner through out the whole process. I went in with a view to freshen things up and that they certainly have!! giving great advise to what would go well with my purchase from Kevin 24yrs ago (yes the kilt still fits ,JUST️) Absolutely first class and would highly Recommend.
