I rented from 822 Main for years and never had a problem with them.I would most definitely rent from them again!

You're not going to get your deposit back no matter how hard you try. I had to cover all the vents and buy live traps for the horrible mouse infestation. The mice destroyed a lot of my clothes. Even with the vents covered the downstairs neighbor was constantly accusing me of smoking cigarettes when I don't smoke. The downstairs neighbor also would regularly complain about me coming home late from work even though this neighbor did not appear to even have a job. The complaints lead to being evicted without any warning.

Well once again we have ceilings falling into peoples homes at the Glen Ayrie Apartments out on Lagrange Rd. Ms Gonda-Chandler has plenty of money for luxury vacations but none to spend fixing her rental units. Unfortunately code enforcement cannot do anything about this because it is out of the city limits.
