Dr.Bills and staff was absolutely fantastic. I wish I can remember the young lady at the front desk and the MA who called me back names but they were awesome. Great attitudes! Dr.Bills is very knowledgeable and cares about her patients. I would recommend this office 5 stars.

I’m so glad I chose this place for my eye exam. I had the worst experience at vision works. Forgot the young lady’s name that helped me with my glasses she had the most beautiful dark brown eyes. (she had on a face mask) I get so many compliments on my frames at work. My daughter never likes anything I wear and loves them! I felt very safe in there. They are very clean and sanitary and only allowing one patient in office.

LIFE IN THE TIME OF COVID!! My wife and I have been spending our money at this office for at least five years. Though the selections always seemed to be limited, we liked the staff and repairs were always taken care of. I had an appointment at 2:30pm today. I was running a few mins. late and the office called me at exactly 2:33pm. I arrived at exactly 2:36. When the young lady opened the door, she explained that only I could enter and my wife could not. I explained that I would like my wife to assist me with picking out my new frames. The girl explained that my wife could assist me after my exam but she couldn’t enter until my exam was complete. We felt that was understandable, so my wife went to the car to wait for me to complete the exam. Before entering, my temperature was taken, oxygen level was tested, I was given sanitizer for my hands and I had my mask on. Once I got inside, I was given a form to read and sign and the girl excused herself for a moment. She returned 30 seconds later, to now inform me that my wife would have to wait outside after my exam and if I wanted her to assist me, she still could, but she would have to stand outside and assist me through the window. Needless to say, I was appalled! I am very understanding when it comes to caution. We are both over 50, I am asthmatic, my wife is diabetic and we are extremely careful and cautious. Being cautious is appreciated. Caution without common sense and being ridiculously unreasonable is costing businesses to lose customers! This business just lost 2 customers forever. Not for being cautious, for being ignorant and rude. They must be the rare business that’s raking in the money right now. Because they surely acted like they didn’t need ours!!! I would like to know if they make parents assist their children from outside the building?
