The Gentleman at the desk has been helpful the 3 times I've been there once to look twice to purchase. Seemed knowledgeable with products on hand and a few laws I inquired about. Hopefully making my first pistol purchase after the new year. Will try the range with hopes that the service there is just as positive.

A great experience right from the start. Santos, his wife and the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection of guns and gear with the best prices in the area. If you don't see what you looking for Santos will find it for you. The indoor range in the back was well lit and safe. I will be back for sure.

I was referred to this shop by Chuck the owner of Chuck's BBQ in Lake Ariel, By the way the best BBQ! I walked in looking for Santos. He was very helpful and was educating me on a few firearms. I was looking for a few specific hand guns but were not in stock. Of course that's my luck. He showed me a few on display and I bought one he recommended. It will not be the last gun so no worries. Heading back there next week to buy another! Great place! Nice Guys! and of course love the dog! Prices are right on!

I was recently looking into purchasing a new carbine and when I walked in I was immediately greeted by the owner who after talking for a few minutes started calling around to get me the best price for my firearm because they didn't have it in stock. It only to a couple days for delivery and I was very happy with the price and service. Definitely recommend 911 tactical for anyone interested in purchasing a new gun. Great experience.

Small store, even smaller selection. Don't waste your time with the rude, uneducated staff. The only guy that knows anything is a cop that works there, and he's extremely well versed in how the whole gun buying process works. Range is dirty. Definitely not coming back. 1600 for a rifle because it has a red dot and grip? Saw the exact same one at show for 950. Pays to shop around..
