Couldn’t even identify the issue — and charged me a 125 call fee (even though he came an hour later than when he said he would come). Looked at the wet wall for an hour and then assessed that there’s nothing he can do. I called someone else who came and fixed the problem in 45 minutes. What a waste of 125.
