HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE as it could be. I called in behalf of the company I work for as the lien holder of a vehicle of a mutual customer. The agent was extremely disrespectful, any question I would ask regularly she would answer \ You should know\ \I already told you\ \you can look it up\ and at the end when mentioned \You don't need to be rude with me\ she says \ You are rude\ and hangs up on my face. I never had such bad experience with an agent like I had with this one. Wish I knew her name to be able to place it here. Ridiculous and disappointing to the max.
