Was not helpful, to use my own parts even though it was the same thing. I guess he wanted to make money on the part too. Anyways I opened the lock myself to see and it wasn't that hard to change it. Saved myself some good money.
I have known this place for over 25 years, very professional and masters in their trade. Highly recommend this locksmith place.
Used their service for my house. Misquoted the price. Charged very high price for a basic service. Never knew that simple keys cost more than double the price of lock. I would not recommend this locksmith. There are other places in the area which are better and reasonably priced.
The people here are very friendly and polite. They offer great affordable services. The prices here are fair. They know what they are doing.
