I would never go to anyone else. Sue arenz was super friendly and helpful. She had a lot of helpful tips. Very knowledgable and very helpful with what options was best for our situation.

I booked in the past with Bud Arenz. He was kind, patient and very understanding. I loved the service I received and returned on my own two years later and recommend them to so many people. I however couldn't get ahold of Bud and went thru Sue Arenz as she said "he's not available right now but is there something I can help you with?" in the nicest voice ever. Well Bud was super nice so I thought she would be as well but I was wrong! She speaks over people, the price advertised on their sights are bull! Because when I called she offered me a 4 night stay rather than the 5 night listed CLEARLY on their sight!!!!!!!!!!! She argued with me and says "I'm done!" And rather than finding a solution and owning up to the mistake on their end she hangs up. What kind of customer service is that??!!!! They don't answer their phones because according to Sue "they're super busy." Well guess what then maybe you should hire more people to answer calls and take messages!!!!!! SUPER SAD THIS HAPPENED. I regret and am disappointed Bud wasn't in the office to talk because I am almost certain I wouldn't have had this issue but I however will NOT be returning. I will no longer be a loyal customer and I'll take my money elsewhere where it is appreciated and I am respected like I should be!!!!!
