Wow! It LOOKED like it was a good move. They were able to lower most of the interest rates on my cards. But that's where the service seems to end. I changed banks and filled out the form on the website. Guess what? They goofed and tried to use the old account. 30.00 NSF fee. A text to them was answered with a nice apology for their mistake and a promise of reimbursing me for the bank fee. On top of that, they charged ME 20.00!!! So now that's 50.00. So, I start digging and looking at the credit card statements. They have been paying some of the cards late EVERY month! My balance is higher now than it was when I started!! But they sure got paid every month! I fired them today and spent most of the day paying the bills and late fees on my accounts. Like I said, it LOOKED good, but we got burnt. I suggest staying far, far away. Also, take a close look at the GOOD reviews listed here. Click and read all if their reviews. They are giving good reviews to EACH OTHER!!!! The more I dig, the more this smells like a scam. It may be time for an attorney. UPDATE: Received a very nice call from Randy. He was unaware of any of these issues. After speaking he went to work making sure that I got a refund of the balance of my money that was in my account. He also refunded the 20.00 that I was charged in error. I'm changing my rating from a 1 to a 4. Everyone goofs up....its how you deal with it that matters. Randy took full responsibility. What more can I ask?

A Debt Coach and Randy Williams have been providing assistance to my borrowers for several years. They are honest, have high integrity and they are a non-profit, so they have the customers best interest in mind. I have found the \for profit\ credit counselling companies are only looking to make a quick buck and A Debt Coach is not like that. I highly recommend them!

I can honestly say that I am overjoyed. This man took the time to understand the issues with my credit. He gave me an in-depth explanation of how a credit score is calculated and gave me easy rules to follow in order to obtain the score I desired. I have never seen a person unravel such a coil of different debts from different places. If you are seriously ready to shed the burden of back debt, I strongly urge you to contact A Debt Coach. I don't know how many reps they have but ask for Randy Williams. He is the one who helped me and from the deepest parts of my heart, I want to him to know how thankful my family and I are for his help and guidance. He improved the quality of all of our lives.
