I went to ae howard after a couple rather horrible experiences at another flooring store in town and a typical, \meh\ big box store experience... I immediately felt like I was not at all inconveniencing them and both women chimed in, began grabbing samples, started searching online and in books for what I was thinking I was wanting! I often feel like people know the limited options in town mean that people have no choice and so do not try to make you want to use them... I did not at all feel this way here. If I didn't have my kids with me and didn't already have in mind what I wanted, I would have loved spending more time, looking at what they had in their store!
WOW !! I love AE Howard. They are so great at design and the product selection. I just built a house and they helped me with all the tile in the whole house! They all very friendly!! They have a large variety of products and the pricing is very competitive.
