Highly recommend this dentist. Second visit and still really great service. She takes the time to explain things to you. She gives her honest genuine opinion when it comes to dental hygiene; most importantly she is very careful with treating you! Front desk is efficient as well

I met with Dr Petros today and I was impressed with her. She is so gentle and professional. I was surprised to read the earlier reviews but then she explained to me that she had purchased the practice 2 years ago from another dentist who people didn't like very much. She and her husband transformed the office into a beautiful space. It is lovely inside and I was comforted by the brand new equipment she is using. Plus, she is affordable. Her crown pricing is the best I've found anywhere. I highly recommend this dentist. She's a hidden gem in Glendale.

Going to A Gentle smile was entirely pleasant. The staff are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. My mouth didn't hurt at all after my cleaning for the first time in my life. They explained to me and showed me pictures about my teeth when I asked, answered any and all questions I had. Simply marvelous. I would voluntarily go there every day just to hang out with them. Such a friendly and awesome environment. If I ever move, I would actually consider driving or flying back to see the doctor 2 times a year, that's how good he is.Go here!

Don't walk but run away! 1st I was told that they give a discount for cash so I paid for an X-ray and teeth cleaning. After they gave me an X-ray they said that I needed 4900 worth of dental work. And they would give me a WHOLE 100 off for paying cash. They said I needed work that I did NOT need. They also got pissed off when I said 4900 was too much, and then they gave me attitude and never did the teeth cleaning I paid for. I went to another dentist who did the work I needed for 1000. I went back and asked this place for a refund, they told me they would talk to the owner and call me back. It never happened. This place is dead as a door nail, they will be out of business soon.

I got veneers from this place a year and a half ago. One popped out and I called them NUMBEROUS times since they mentioned if one of them came off they would gladly put it back. This occurred early morning. No phone call at all. I had to find another dentist who told me the veneer was put on incorrectly and that's why it popped out. That dentist told me all he could do was make it into a crown for the improper veneer placement. Almost 2k more from the dentist that had to fix it!!! Gentle smile left me a voicemail at 4:56pm that day to advise me they were under new management and they had received my voicemail for the dental emergency I had, that I could call them and they would assist me. I would just have to call them before 5pm!!!!! Just wow!!!! Veneers are supposed to last at least 7 years!!! No way did they do their job properly.
