Some time ago, there was an issue that came up. I'm not going into what happened, really doesn't matter. What matters is this: After posting a review online...Al reached out to me. He owned up to the mistake... didn't give me any excuses. Just straight owned up to it. He then began working diligently towards correcting the issue that came up. It was actually quite a head ache dealing with department of corporations. Lots of back and forth emails and paperwork filings. Ended up taking over a month to get everything right. It was annoying for me just to receive so many emails from the state about rejection letters and what not. And I only had to receive the emails and forward them to Al. Al was the one who had to do all the actual footwork, so I can only imagine how \fun\ it had to be for him. He even said he had never had that much trouble filing this type of paperwork. But through it all...Al persevered and the state finally accepted our filing and it was done. Moral of the story: even though there was a problem...Al ended up making everything right and went above and beyond to rectify everything. We all make mistakes... mistakes don't define us. What does define us...is how we comport ourselves after mistakes are made. And Al made everything right. Even though there was an issue that had to be addressed and corrected...I will continue to use Al and his services for anything I need, which I think says a lot.
