We cannot extend enough gratitude to Howard for being such an integral part of our wedding preperations. He was courteous, professional, efficient and an absolute pleasure to collaborate with. Howards quarter century in the business is reflected in his knowledge and trade craft.

First off, Howard is great. He is very personable, cheery and helpful; I had a great experience each time I've visited. As others mentioned, he has an incredible knack for remembering personal details and makes great conversation. The wine we made with him tasted great. We decided to start another batch, and based on his wine recommendations (he chose something in the same price range as our previous batch), and we went ahead with another order. I can't wait for it to finish. I can't recommend this place enough - - Howard makes this place what it is.

I was so glad I found this place! We ordered 60 bottles of wine (red and white) from Howard. One, the wine was amazing - far better than any other we tried at other bottling companies. But the one thing that stuck out the most was the customer service. Howard is amazing, he goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service and he is so genuine in his kindness and friendliness. He really knew what he was doing and I felt so comfortable taking his recommendations without any hesitation. I would highly recommend this place!

Service, product, establishment, and management are all exceptional. The owner, Howard, is one of the nicest people I've ever met with an incredible knack for conversation and remembering personal details. Going in to place an order is an errand that you can look forward to like going to see a friend. The wine is a fantastic deal and decidedly "drinkable." (I'm not being condescending here — "drinkable" is certainly a very good thing for wine to be. My taste in wine is not sophisticated, but I enjoy even the lowest end wines from the shop and have only had positive reviews from everyone with whom I have shared it.) The shop itself is nothing fancy, but it is orderly and cozy. The bottling process is simple, but streamlined. Even after several orders, I still don't mind the task. Again, I can't stress enough how delightful Howard is as a person. He's a pleasure to know and someone I'm happy to support. His assistant is also a particularly cool individual, even if I never can recall his name.

Owner of the shop is the most personable I've ever met. Very knowledgeable and stands behind the products that he sells, encourages and stands by you 100% if you wish to make wine at home. Definitely a place to go when wishing to make your own wine or beer.
