If u have worn out tires and trying to get a resolution here thru alignment, they're probably going to blame your tires itself or your king pins (whichever ones fit the scenario better). Got alignment here couple times, seems like TA workers have better skills. Last month, they blamed my king pin, I had them to just tighten the bearing and now it's good. They had to let me leave without hub oil because they don't have synthetic hub oil in stock. Come here for oil changes... That is all. Younger workers aren't friendly at all. They make it feel like the customer is a nuisance.
