I went to New You for a consultation and advice for a long standing problem. I had an indepth consultation with a very experienced nurse who was extremely knowledgeable. She took time and care to assess me fully and give me advice tailored for me personally. I felt that my needs were understood and that she would be with me for the journey of my treatment rather it being a "one off' visit.

STOLEN 2,000 DEPOSIT!!!!!! AVOID!!!!! Currently trying to get back my 2,000 deposit for a surgery I changed my mind about. Never booked the actual surgery at all and only had a consultation. Been emailing for a month now with no response. All calls get blanked. They have recently updated their website to say they're still open for contact via emails and calls yet are still ignoring me. Clearly malicious and I'm not going to let them get away with it.

I have had a number of procedures at this clinic,and have always been made to feel welcome. The employees are always professional and explain all relevant aspects of the treatments offered. Everyone's experience with cosmetic surgery is different, but so far, I have been happy with my results.

From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel relaxed and welcomed by everyone. I have never had a procedure done before, but the talented Dan Coventry put me at ease straight away. He patiently listened to my areas of concern during the consultation and a week later, I had my first set of Botox injections and Fillers. He was very careful and it was completely pain free. I am super impressed by his professional, yet friendly approach. After my injections, I then chatted to the other super friendly staff and have arranged a Hydofacial in a couple of weeks time. There was no hard sell and it was nice to chat about the various products and procedures available. Everyone is very nice and I look forward to my first Hydrofacial and my next appointment with Dan. It’s been 7 days since my injections and am looking forward to seeing the end result. I cannot recommend A New You enough. Keep up the good work all!

Went into here for a simple milia removal i had around 5. I am now left with scarring on my face, and also got a the pleasant experience of 150 electric heat shocks to the face (the maximum legal limit per sitting according the the woman) this was all very painful and did not even remove the milia itself alll for over 200 something i had to do in the mirror myself as the bit was still there and i have had previous experience removing. I have gone back in to complain and was advised that wearing suncream would heal the scars... Although i would love for this place to shutdown All i can advise is to find a better clinic and if you must go keep your wits about you. here will leave you very unsatisfied. Thanks joe
