Was able to take the labtop apart to find out what was wrong with it. When he said he couldn't repair it he said not to worry about payment that he does diagnostics free of charge everytime. Thanks for letting me know what i need to do about filing a claim for a new labtop.

Doug is a wizard! I brought him computers that were affected by water damage and he was able to save all of my data. One of the computers was more than 10 years old and directly hit by the water. Fantastic Service. Quick and professional. When I cold called him, he fit me in the same day. I had a computer not starting and he wanted to back up the data first before he worked on the computer so we didn't lose anything. When I accidentally told him the wrong amount of data on the computer, he called later to make sure that he was not missing any files to transfer. He also tried to find the cheapest, quickest fix for me and did not try to sell me a bunch of products or services. Would recommend to all friends and family.
