On 2/23/2021 my family and I requested printing of obituaries. Upon receiving the prints we saw that the prints were cut irregularly. I contacted the owner and he told me it was our fault the prints didn’t cut properly. He was very rude and aggressive, over talking me. He seems to under value his customers. I would not recommend anyone doing business here.

Owner is very unprofessional. They kept saying my shirts were ready and everytime I went back they weren’t ready and On top of that tbey messed up my shirt and charged me for it. And charged me extra 10 dollars for my shirt and they never completed my whole order I never got them pin I ordered . Really disappointed never will I ever go here again.

The owner was unprofessional and aggressively rude to me and my business associate . He had mistakenly accused us of not paying for our items we'd had printed. Im thinking this was due to bad records or lack of communication between he and his wife whom we had already paid a deposit to. However even when we showed receipts, the owner Tracy was belligerent, berating and out right disrespectful to us. We proved we had paid then he aggressively kicked us out of his shop. Thank God for Vistaprint whose quality and service was 10 times better.
