It was our first time using a storage facility. I found the staff to be helpful and accommodating with any issues that we had. We had a climate controlled unit first for furniture pictures and clothing. After we renovated and move into our house we went to a smaller non climate controlled unit and the clothing stayed dry and did not smell or was musty. Very Clean and well maintained. Easy access 24-7 I highly recommend this place

We rented two units at A-Plus for the winter. One inside and one outside. Both were perfect and staff were really helpful whenever we had questions. Would definitely use them again.

My experience with A Plus Storage in Kingston was very good. My storage unit was very clean and dry. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The process of securing the unit was very easy and fast. Accessibility to the unit after hours was never a problem.
