The plumber James gave me a 20 minute window as I requested so I can meet him on my lunch. He was clean, straight to the point and honest unlike the other plumbers I’ve had out. Even the drywall guy the recommended was great.

A to Z is honestly the best in the biz! With 2 aging properties, we’ve had our fair share of plumbing issues... I’ve found Brandon and his team (we love James too!) to be HONEST, FAIR, SWIFT, and HARDWORKING! James was even able to save us almost 1,000 by catching something funky in our pipe, left to pick up the right part, and came right back to install it. It’s never fun to pay to fix a broken shower or install a toilet but it’s nice to know that you’re working with good people who take pride in their work and take the time to find the root of the problem and won’t overcharge you... even taking the time to save you money!. I cannot recommend A to Z enough. We have used over and over again and won’t use anyone else! The best!
Brandon contacted me promptly to set up an appointment for a contractor to come to our residence. On the day of the appointment, Nick contacted me to inform me of his ETA. Unfortunately, on the day of the appointment, he could not complete a full assessment due to our downstairs neighbors being unavailable. Nick was very understanding and more than willing to return another time. Upon his return visit, he was very thorough in his assessment and repair. I was kept informed of the findings and the progress of the repair. The work was completed the same day and we parted ways. However, the next day, my neighbor discovered that there was water still leaking into her unit. I contacted Nick and he quickly came to assess the situation. He made the necessary repairs and made sure the issue was rectified. He was very professional, courteous, and thorough. I understand that dealing with plumbing issues in a condominium unit can be challenging, but his level of customer service was stellar.
Nick was the third professional I had out to evaluate my slab leak, but the first one to do an incredible job. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. He came up with a great plan to reroute the plumbing that will save me time and money. I am so glad I found A-to-Z leak detection!
I had a wonderful experience with this company. They were helpful on the phone when I called. The plumber came at the exact time they said he would and was pleasant and courteous. The plumber, James I think, fixed our pin hole leak very quickly and left no mess behind. I've never had a better experience with a plumbing company. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a plumber!

Had a hot water heater issue on Sunday morning. Owner answer phone at 7 am. All finished by mid day. Best service and quality install you could ask for.
Quick to respond and the young man was courteous and quick to fix my problem.
