I've had great experiences with A to Z - Brett took time to meet with me and showed me an extensive variety of CD packaging options, and the art department was very helpful as well. Final product looks and sounds great. I've also played on and done art for other albums printed through A to Z that have all come out excellent. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with A to Z on the pressing of my most recent record. Their customer service reps were friendly and knowledgeable, and never condescending when we asked oob\ questions. Turnaround time was as-promised and we were very happy with the quality of the jacket printing as well as the pressing of the records themselves. Will happily work with them again in the future.

Absolutely top-notch customer service, as well as product! I have only printed CDs with A to Z, and worked with 3-4 members of the team throughout the process. Had an in-person meeting with Stacy to go over different packaging options, finalized all of that (and was presented many options) with Scott via email, and was in constant contact with Andy throughout the project. The CD packaging is some of the best I've ever seen (4-panel wallets for me). The turnaround was quick (even on my unreasonable timeline), and they were pleasant every step of the way. 5/5 stars without question, and I will use them for every project of my new record label (in fact, project #1 was finished just last week and we've already started project #2). Very highly recommended!
I have been working with A to Z for approaching 20 years. Their customer service reps are knowledgeable and very helpful! The finished product is great and always delivered on time. I recommend them most highly.
