We stopped by here for lunch. We were greeted well by the person who ended up being our waitress. Her name was Shidia. She was excellent. She was prompt and attentive. She was very nice and engaged in conversation with us. I agree with another person that said there are many daily specials. We ended up splitting a few things so we could try more. We got the shrimp and grits. They were good but not what I was used to. It’s in a sauce that almost makes it soup like. And it was a grit cake, not loose grits. That said, we did still like it. We also had the calamari which had an incredible pesto sauce with it. Then we shared a broiled seafood platter which was very good.

Had oysters on the 1/2 shell and an entrée. Glad I stopped. Service was good. Food was tasty.
Not too impressed at all with this restaurant. This dish was called seafood jambalaya. By far not what we expected. For the price we paid I wasn't impressed at all. Really a disappointment seeing that it came so highly recommend. The reason I have 2 stars was because if the drinks.... Won't hit my top 10 of hampton roads by far!!!!!!
They've had vegetarian sandwiches on their menu even before it was popular in Hampton Roads. I recently moved back to the area and had to call to confirm they gave me vegan chicken because it was so flakey and looked real. They were nice about it though. The toppings for the sandwich and fries are delicious too! Great option if you're looking for seafood and trying to cater to a vegetarian too.
Got the Feast plate and spit it with my brother. Clams, mussels, shrimp, snow crab-legs and oysters, with a really nice sausage, red skin potatoes and half an ear of corn. This was served with the best hush puppies I've ever had, along with clarified butter. Our friend had the basic bacon burger and was finished before we were halfway through our seamed seafood. Excellent quality (the mussels were a bit small, but they vary so much when I get them elsewhere that I wasn't too surprised).
