Fist class - Called them and left and message and they got back to me promptly - clear booking and time line. Engineer came and was fully Covid aware - first class service all round - Would use again without hesitation

Very poor and unprofessional service as my partner was told 40 to 50 to fix our washing machine on top of the 72 call out fee but then called after they left and said 180 plus vat lol... no words for it I would give no stars but I cant good luck to all your customers
