Update. Can't reply directly to the jibe below. Not one response to email,but quick on the uptake when it's public. Poor quality with bad fitting. Had to chase for a guarantee, turned out worthless. Reported issues with seals within three months of fitting as windows were fogging. Downstairs resolved without issue. Upstairs was never sorted. Silicone grout around bays now coming away from the walls and interior sills are lifting so lots of drafts. Windows were fitted December 2020. Many emails to company. No response since June 2020. Trying to follow up with FENSA now, not a lot of hope. Note - at least four of the reviews below come from the family of the owner. Darren Frazer.

Avoid like the plague. Terrible in every way I am willing to give anyone the opportunity to see the abortion of a job they did at mine!! I can prove my case and back up my statement, the evidence speaks for itself. Can you?? Think hard before going to use this company I have lost 13500 through them which I will never see again. I would put less stars but you can't put less than one. Once they have your cash they are gone. FYI over 2 years now gone by and still waiting for boss man to return!! Like I was saying true cowboys!!! Oh yes one more thing, the boss \Darren\ he lies, a lot actually and isn't it curious how nearly every review is nearly hand picked perfect. Not this one I assure you. With over 33 mistakes throughout the build and it still has unsafe wiring whilst at the same time it leaks. Not a good combination. Good luck potential customers!!
